Here they organized courses in haute cuisine, decorations, DIY, patchwork, salt dough, pastry, etc.
The center was the reference point for many people eager to learn.In 1999 Nilde managed the Crazy Italy ice cream parlor located in the Auchan gallery.
The project was to make ice cream a seasonal food, and thanks to his imagination, Crazy Italy has always been the meeting point to enjoy a real artisan ice cream all year round.During the 6 years of management of the ice cream parlor, Nilde has participated in numerous refresher courses, fairs such as Sigep, always remaining informed on the latest trends.
